As a proud military veteran with six years of service, Bryan brings the same drive, discipline, and ambition that defined his military career to his role at IMS Funding. After transitioning to civilian life, Bryan found his way to Austin, Texas, where he continues to shine in the finance world, guiding clients through the complexities of investment opportunities.
When he's not at work, Bryan cherishes spending quality time with his three wonderful kids, enjoying the joys of family life. His unique blend of industry expertise and military determination makes Bryan a cherished member of the IMS Funding team and a trusted partner for clients seeking outstanding results.

We’re absolutely delighted to have Fae Esparza join the IMS Funding family! Fae brings an amazing mix of real estate know-how, leadership skills, and a genuine love for helping people. As the founder of Start Solutions REI, she really gets the ins and outs of what investors are dealing with in today’s market. With her tech and operations background, plus an MBA focused on leadership, she’s all about making things run smoothly and going above and beyond for our clients.
With over 15 years of experience in customer success and people management, Fae is all about building strong relationships and helping IMS Funding grow so we can keep guiding our clients toward their real estate dreams.
